Why we exist.

The Omoruyi Foundation was established in 2024 with a clear mission to expand access to education and create opportunities for deserving students. Inspired by the values of Mrs. Mary Omoruyi, the Foundation is committed to empowering individuals through learning, believing that education has the power to transform lives, strengthen communities, and shape a better future.

Our flagship initiative, the Mary Omoruyi Scholarship Program, exists to ensure that financial challenges do not prevent promising students from achieving their academic goals. By providing meaningful support, the Foundation helps students remain focused on their education and their aspirations.

The scholarship program begins at Auchi Polytechnic, where scholarships are awarded to deserving National Diploma II (ND2) and Higher National Diploma II (HND2) students who demonstrate academic excellence, strong character, and the potential to make a positive impact within their communities.

Partnership with Auchi Polytechnic
The Foundation establishes its first institutional partnership with Auchi Polytechnic, creating a pathway to support deserving ND2 and HND2 students through the Mary Omoruyi Scholarship Program.
2025
Mary Omoruyi Scholarship Program Launches
Applications open to eligible ND2 and HND2 students at Auchi Polytechnic. The Foundation welcomes its first cohort of Mary Omoruyi Scholars, marking the beginning of a lasting investment in education and future leaders.

Mary Omoruyi Scholarship Program

The Mary Omoruyi Scholarship Program was established to support deserving ND2 and HND2 students at Auchi Polytechnic who demonstrate academic commitment, strong character, and genuine financial need.

Are you eligible?

Auchi Polytechnic Student

Applicants must be registered ND2 or HND2 students of Auchi Polytechnic for the current academic session.

ND2 or HND2 Level

The scholarship is open to students in any department who are currently enrolled in National Diploma II (ND2) or Higher National Diploma II (HND2).

Proof of Enrollment

Applicants must provide valid proof of enrollment or registration from Auchi Polytechnic for the current academic session.

Financial Need

Priority is given to applicants who meet the scholarship's eligibility requirements and demonstrate strong academic performance, integrity, and the potential to make a positive impact through their education.
